Anti-Fraud Policy

We have a Zero Tolerance for Online Fraud
We know that fraud is a worry for buyers and sellers on the internet. We want you to have a pleasant and untroubled experience when shopping with us - so we have a rigorous policy to protect our customers and our business.

Credit card holder names and billing addresses are verified to reduce fraud. Anyone caught using a fraudulent credit card number or bank accounts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
In addition, it is a waste of time purchasing our products with a stolen credit card number since we have the ability to discern a "real" order from a fraudulent order. This is done based on the unique anti-fraud software installed. As soon as a charge is reported as invalid or illegal, we will report all information returned to us through the anti-fraud program to the necessary authorities.

Our payment processors, PayPal, eNets and OCBC Bank, are secure. Your payment information is maintained securely and your personal data is not shared with anyone. However, if you are concerned that a payment to The MMA Shop Singapore is incorrect or has not been processed, please let us know immediately.

During the ordering and payment process we record the internet address (IP address) of the customer's computer. This is to facilitate evidence-gathering if and only if a transaction later proves to be fraudulent. The information is used for no other purpose.

We also verify the delivery address.

How to order?

You can place the order online or visit our retail shop at 64 Haji Lane, Singapore 189257.

To order online, browse the catalog, select the product model/size/color and click add to cart. To add more items, click continue shopping then select and add to cart more products.

When you're ready click checkout, input delivery and billing details, select payment method, click review order. Double check the details then click submit order.

You will receive an email with the order details. If you selected bank transfer make sure you do the transfer right after you completed the order so we can send the merchandise to you asap.

While every effort is made to present each item on our website as accurately as possible, the images you see depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an identical representation of the actual colour of the item.

We make every effort to make sure that each item sold at The MMA Shop is manufactured to the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect conditions.

Keep the receipt for your record, it's your proof you made the payment. Then please contact us and let us know your order number and amount you deposited.

If you plan to pay with either Visa or MasterCard click on the same option "PayPal"


Choose Bank transfer (SINGAPORE ONLY) if you have an account at a different bank (e.g. HSBC, MayBank, etc) or don't have IB with DBS/POSB, UOB or Citibank.

Delivery:

By SingPost

We ship our products by SingPost, SpeedPost or courier services to a physical address in Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically at checkout for the above mentioned countrie. Customers from other countries please contact us for a shipping quote, please mention the item, color, size, model in your message.

In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment clearance. No shipment on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery takes about 3 or 4 business days for Singapore addresses and 6-20 or more for international addresses, depending on SingPost and the respective countries postal services.

Since the postman will bring the package to you, unfortunately there is no way for us to know when exactly the delivery will take place or accommodate any other requests like calling in advance, day, hour, person to receive the package, etc.

Free delivery by SingPost - we pay the regular Singpost delivery charges.
SingPost registered article - we pay the regular Singpost delivery charges and the customers pays the SingPost registered article charge.

If the item(s) is/are not in stock we'll contact you for further instructions.

Refund policy

A full refund of the product paid will be made if the product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchange policy

We provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here. Sizing charts are provided to help our customers determine a fit that is comfortable.
Our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy to understand so that our customers do not get confused with unnecessary jargon.

An exchange will be made if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.

We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.

For items which we have delivered to customer in the correct size and colour and the customer would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there will be an additional charge of min. SGD4.00 to cover the shipment cost plus the price difference if any. Our postage costs are very, very competitive therefore we cannot resend items out free of charge if you have chosen the wrong one.
Once we have received the wrong item back and the postage cost of min. SGD4.00 in the way of a cheque (made payable to KNOCKOUT GEAR GROUP Pte Ltd) cash or card payment we will send out the alternative requested item.

The customer is responsible for ALL return postage costs. All items must be returned to the following address by Registered mail:

All returns MUST be sent back to us within seven days of receiving them.
We do not make exchanges under the following circumstances:
If the item(s) have been used in anyway.
If the item(s) have been damaged in anyway.
No returns for groin guards, gum shields, hand wraps and ankle supports unless they are sealed in the original package and have not be worn. This is due to consideration of hygiene.

You must contact us first at http://shop.mma.sg/contact for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Wrap merchandise securely and return via SingPost registered mail. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. You will be credited by the original method of payment. Allow 2 to 4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund or credit. For clearance, custom or close out items, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MMA SHOP SINGAPORE OR KNOCKOUT GEAR GROUP PTE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGED TO ARISE UNDER THIS WARRANTY, OR ALLEGED TO BE OWED DUE TO ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS, OR FROM ANY USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT DUE TO ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.
