can you please reply me, or do something about it. at first when i asked about the pricing or about the transaction and all, you guys reply me fast as hell. but after the transaction is made. no emails, status update, non of your staffs are giving a damn about this. i think there's a lot of people having this 'not-receiving-item' problem. please, do something about it, a comment 'something is wrong..' seriously not helping at all.

Hi, im desmond, i placed a order on 5th of october, which is order #617. From that day i made my payment until now i still haven receive my package. You said you will deliver it as soon as possible after you found out the problem,, but i don't see any improvement though. You said the package was stolen, fine. But, why is it taking such a long time a deliver another pair?? i bought other equipment a month ago from other online store located in Europe, but i receive it in just 2 weeks. I don't see why is it taking such a long time to deliver it while your store is just located Singapore which is just next to my country, Malaysia. i think a week is more than enough just to deliver that pair of gloves.

This is effing ridiculous!! my order #702 is still have not arrived! called on the 26/12 said already shipped, called again on the 30/12 still same story, last night called said not sure whether its shipped because items are actually out of stock?? which is which guys? Spoke to Gill or Guiyl (ain't sure the spelling) and at least he is very accommodating on my queries and said will get back to me by today. BUT, still no news, and no answers on the phone. If its so freaking hard for you to run a business which promises throughout your website on your so called SOP's of shipment and orders, give back a refund and start flying kite. It has just got to my nerve after being patience since my order. So guys of Knockout Gear.., whats up now?

They said they will update us, but only when I keep on spam email to them, they will reply by giving tons of reasons.

More and more people are complaining about not receiving what they have paid for. This is definitely worrying. I hope the people at Knockout Gear S'pore will act quick & deliver...or just refund if they can't get the stuff. You said that you have restocked but yet I still have ot received anything.
Please don't offer online sales if it takes months & months to deliver. I am so disappointed.

For my order#684, if guys do not have the stock would please let me know. At least i can change my order according to the money i have paid for. Plus, recently i rang your shop, email and asking what is my order status yet still i have no reply from anybody from the staff. I am very upset.Please work this things out.
